We always love our shows at Crookied i in Chesapeake Beach, and for good reason. The place rocks and Saturday night was no exception. Even the folks who came for the gaming machines soon focused their attention on the mighty, mighty, Middle Ground. It was good to see some people we hadn’t seen in a while like Tina and Bob and some that we're starting to see alot like Jenna.

We all know that the economy is not what we like it to be, but good music, be it a band or DJ, has a way of making people forget the every day problems that plague us all. So bar owners, if you have a good band or DJ booked, promote it. It takes everyone to get the word out, band and venue. Folks are still looking for a way to unwind and what better way than a night with a good local band? So again, artist and venue, put it out there ... and they will come.
